"My 2001 Suzuki gs500 has been held for over a year because they have been trying to tune rebuilt carburetors I purchased from them. It went back and forth twice last year but has been kept since September 2023. They stopped contacting me and when I contacted them finally their answer was take it somewhere else. Our mechanic only wants to work on easy things like oil changes. I have spent 1500 dollars on that bike at their store and now they are telling me they don't have time for my bike even though my bike has been here the longest over a year. The whole experience here has been horrible. The manager Mark was completely unreasonable and unprofessional. Extremely disappointed I have to pick up my bike and take it elsewhere after so much of my wasted time and money."
